At Solomon's Facilities Management, we are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our valued clients for experienced and dedicated care home staff to join their team.
We are seeking dedicated carers to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals who need support to live comfortably and independently. This rewarding role involves providing compassionate, personalized care in care home environments settings within the North London are. You will play a vital part in helping clients maintain their dignity, health, and well-being through attentive assistance and effective communication. We are looking for motivated individuals who are eager to bring energy, kindness, and professionalism to every interaction.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Support clients with daily activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
- Develop and follow tailored care plans to meet each individual’s specific needs and preferences
- Maintain clear and open communication with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistent care delivery
- Use IT tools to document care activities accurately and update records regularly
- Drive clients safely to appointments or outings when necessary, ensuring their comfort and security
- Promote a safe environment by adhering to health and safety protocols at all times
Skills
- Experience working in care homes or providing home care services is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members
- Ability to understand and follow detailed care plans tailored to individual needs
- Good IT literacy for maintaining accurate documentation of care activities
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a caring attitude and positive approach
- Reliable team player committed to delivering compassionate support in a respectful manner
Job Type - Temp, Part-Time & Full Time positions available
Hourly Rate - £13.50 - £15.00 per hour (Depending on experience)
