Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures at the front desk
- Support stylists with salon operations, including preparing workstations and maintaining cleanliness
- Assist with retail sales through upselling products such as hair care items to enhance client satisfaction
- Help with scheduling appointments and managing client bookings efficiently
- Provide support during all hair services
- Mentor new team members by sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative environment
- Maintain cleanliness of the salon space, including sterilizing tools and organizing supplies to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met
Skills
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with clients and team members

- Basic knowledge of store management principles to support daily operations effectively
- Experience or interest in barbering, eyelash extensions, or makeup application is a plus
