Installation Supervisor

At I Want Plants Limited, we believe plants bring spaces to life and we’re looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Installation Supervisor to help us with Installations across the UK. From vibrant indoor features to striking outdoor installations, this is your chance to be part of a creative, supportive, and passionate team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Being the first point of contact with client on site
- Managing the installation of internal and external plant displays (both live and replica)
- Preparing sites and ensuring correct planting techniques
- Handling plants
- Working at height using access equipment
- Experience using hand tools and power tools
- Loading and unloading vans for each project
- Promoting a strong health and safety culture across all site
- Providing excellent customer service, building positive client relationships
- Completing installation paperwork and returning to the office post-project
- Managing your team, ensuring attention to detail and efficient time management
- Driving of vehicles is a must, attention to detail is very important to us as well as presentation
- Flexibility to be able to stay away during the week when required
- Computer literate
- Organised and efficient
- Positive attitude a key belief at I Want Plants
- Ensuring all installations meet IWP' high standards of quality, safety and customer service
What we’re looking for:
- Full-time availability, with occasional travel and overnight stays (allowance & accommodation provided).
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weathers.
- Full UK driving licence.
Preferred:
- CSCS card
- Previous experience of visual merchandising, set design, installation planting
- PASMA, IPAF and/or Forklift licence will be advantageous
- SSSTS - Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme
- IOSH Managing Safety
