Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen and Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. Duties
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with company standards and health & safety regulations
- Take orders from customers accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and bar areas throughout shifts
- Assist with stock control, including restocking supplies and checking expiry dates
- Follow food safety procedures diligently to ensure hygiene standards are upheld
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using the POS system
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Support colleagues during busy periods to ensure smooth operation of the venue
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or bar work is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures is desirable
- Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanour when interacting with guests
- Basic maths skills for handling payments and bills accurately
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods
- A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required
