We are looking for a qualified Motorcycle CBT Instructor to join our professional and growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, dedicated, and professional instructor who is passionate about motorcycle training and rider safety. You’ll be joining one of the UK’s leading motorcycle training schools, working alongside some of the industry’s most experienced and respected instructors.

The Role
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality CBT training and helping learners of all ages and abilities develop the skills, confidence, and knowledge needed to ride safely on today’s roads.
We’re looking for someone who can create a positive learning environment, communicate effectively, and represent our company with professionalism and pride.
Essential Requirements
- Qualified Motorcycle CBT Instructor
- Full UK motorcycle licence
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, reliable, and hardworking
- Patient, calm, and encouraging teaching style
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexible to work weekends as part of a rota
