Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 2+ years of outbound B2B sales experience who thrives in a high-activity, target-driven environment.
This is far more than a traditional appointment-setting role. You'll own the entire new business sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach through discovery, proposal creation, commercial negotiation, and closing new business. You'll be selling innovative media and branded content solutions to leading UK brands, media agencies, creative agencies, and marketing decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage your own outbound sales pipeline through proactive prospecting.
- Identify target brands, agencies, and key marketing decision-makers.
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and telephone.
- Generate a minimum of 300 new outbound contacts per week (approximately 60 per day).
- Complete an additional 200+ follow-up activities per week, maintaining at least 500 sales touches weekly.
- Book and lead discovery meetings with qualified prospects.
- Understand client marketing objectives and develop tailored campaign opportunities.
- Produce compelling commercial proposals and respond to campaign briefs.
- Negotiate commercials and independently close new business opportunities.
- Generate 12–16 qualified meetings and 4–6 commercial proposals per month.
- Maintain a qualified sales pipeline valued at a minimum of four times quarterly revenue targets.
- Accurately manage all opportunities, follow-ups, and forecasting within the CRM.
- Develop long-term client relationships, driving repeat business, renewals, upselling, and strategic partnerships over time.
RequirementsEssential
- Minimum 2 years' outbound B2B sales experience.
- Demonstrated success owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing business.
- Proven ability to consistently achieve demanding outbound activity and revenue targets.
- Experience independently generating pipeline rather than relying on inbound leads.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience qualifying opportunities, negotiating, and handling objections.
- Highly organised with excellent follow-up discipline.
- Comfortable working autonomously within a founder-led, fast-paced environment.
- High resilience, competitiveness, and confidence working towards ambitious targets.
Highly Desirable
- Experience selling within media, advertising, publishing, branded content, AdTech, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of media planning, campaign briefs, marketing budgets, branded content, paid media, CPMs, and campaign measurement.
- Experience engaging with marketing leaders, brand managers, partnership teams, and media agencies.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar sales technologies.
- Existing relationships with UK brands or media agencies are advantageous but not essential.
Pay: £2,950.00-£3,500.00 per month
