Envy Lashes London is an award-winning lash, brow and nail studio based in the heart of the City of London. Envy Lashes has grown into one of London's most respected names in lash artistry — winning Best Specialist Lash & Brow Salon at the LuxLife Health, Beauty & Wellness Awards 2024 and placing 3rd for Lash Stylist of the Year at the UK Hair & Beauty Awards 2023.

We're a close-knit, growing team looking for a Master Lash Artist who shares our passion for artistry, precision, and exceptional client care.
The Role
As a Master Lash Artist, you'll provide bespoke eyelash extension services that enhance our clients' natural beauty and leave them feeling confident every time they walk out the door. We're after someone detail-oriented, personable, and genuinely passionate about the craft.
To note: We do not use pre-made/easy fans — all fans are hand-made by our artists, so strong technical skill is essential. Candidates will be asked to complete a trade test as part of the application process. Please note we are unable to take on junior lash artists/apprentices at this time.
Responsibilities
- Apply classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume lash extensions with precise, consistent isolation in 2 hours.
- Hand-make your own fans (no pre-mades used in our studio)
- Apply individual lash extensions using safe, hygienic techniques throughout
- Prioritise client comfort during every treatment
- Educate clients on proper aftercare and how to maintain their lashes
- Keep your work area clean, organised, and compliant with all safety and sanitation standards
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience in eyelash extensions (classic, hybrid, volume)
- Strong command of English with excellent communication skills
- A genuine flair for client care and creating a great customer experience
- Brow lamination/lash lift qualification preferred
- Experience with Wispy lashes and L&M curls is a strong advantage
Hours & Pay
- Part-time, flexible shifts
- One Saturday per month required
- Opening hours: 11am–8pm weekdays, 11am–6pm weekends
- Pay: hourly or commission available
