Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancing Legal Assistant looking for your next opportunity with a well-established law firm that can offer genuine career progression?
I’m currently working with a highly reputable national law firm that is continuing to grow its residential property offering and is looking to add a Residential Conveyancing Legal Assistant to its expanding team in Congleton.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who already has a solid grounding in residential conveyancing and is looking to join a supportive, professional team where they can continue to develop their skills and build a long-term career.
The Role
You will work closely with experienced fee earners, providing support across a busy and varied residential conveyancing caseload. Your experience should include assisting with:
- Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
- Re-mortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New-build transactions
- Lease extensions
- Preparing and managing legal documentation
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders and other third parties
- Supporting fee earners throughout the conveyancing process
- General administration and progression of files
About You
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year's experience within a residential conveyancing environment and be comfortable working in a busy, client-focused team.
You’ll ideally be someone who is:

- Confident communicating with clients and other professionals
- Comfortable managing deadlines and working to targets
- A strong team player who enjoys working collaboratively
