Mixed Foundations Holistic Homes is a supported accommodation provider for young people aged 16+, including care leavers and young people who are not yet ready to live independently. We provide safe, stable homes supported by a holistic, trauma-informed approach that promotes independence, wellbeing and positive outcomes.
About the role
We're looking for an Operations Administrator to support the day-to-day running of MFHH. It's a varied role covering finance and payroll support, HR administration, property coordination, IT support and general office administration, working closely with our Directors, Registered Manager and House Supervisors.
You'll be a central point of contact and coordination across the organisation, helping keep everyone informed and services running smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting financial reconciliation, budgets and invoicing, and maintaining records via Xero
- Preparing payroll information and liaising with our payroll provider
- Maintaining staff records, compliance documentation and the Single Record File (SRF)
- Coordinating property maintenance, liaising with landlords and contractors
- Providing first-line IT support
- General administration, reporting and minute-taking as needed
What we're looking for:
- Experience in an administrative, operations or office support role
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with Xero or Rotacloud is a plus
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- A genuine interest in the welfare of young people
- Experience in a care, health or regulated environment is an advantage but not essential
