Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items to order while maintaining quality and consistency
- Present dishes neatly and attractively in line with brand standards
- Follow recipes and portion controls accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas during and after service
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures at all times
- Manage kitchen operations efficiently during busy service periods
- Work closely with front-of-house and management teams to ensure smooth service flow
- Plan and manage daily prep to ensure readiness for service and minimal waste
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen preparing food to order is essential
- Solid understanding of food preparation, cooking, and presentation techniques
- Knowledge of food health and safety standards
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow recipes, maintain consistency, and uphold brand quality
- Organised, reliable, and able to manage time effectively under pressure

Shift times and durations vary between: 06:00-18:00 Monday-Sunday
Applicants with flexibility and availability on at least one weekend day will be highly regarded.
