Overview
We are seeking a skilled and mobile CNC Alloy Wheel Technician to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out high-quality alloy wheel refurbishment and diamond-cut repairs using a mobile CNC lathe unit at customer locations, dealerships, and trade sites. possess a strong mechanical aptitude and be passionate about vehicle aesthetics and safety.
Duties
- Perform diamond-cut alloy wheel refurbishment using CNC machinery.
- Repair kerb damage, corrosion, scratches, and other alloy wheel defects.
- Operate and maintain mobile CNC safely and efficiently.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure repairs meet company standards.
- Manage daily workload and travel between customer locations.
- Maintain accurate job records and documentation.
- Ensure company vehicles, tools, and equipment are kept clean and in good working order.
- Provide professional customer service and represent the company positively at all times.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Full driving license.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- The use of using hand tools and using them safely.
