TH March are looking to hire a Trainee Home Insurance Broker & Underwriter.
Experience not necessary as full training will be given.
TH March is the largest firm of speciality jewellery insurance brokers in the UK. Established in 1887, we are experts in our field.
As Trainee Home Insurance Broker & Underwriter, you will learn how to:
- assist clients when seeking home insurance, obtaining information, and using this to search insurance markets for quotations
- Review customer renewal quotations and process instructions
- Deal with general customer and insurer queries
- Process accounts queries
- Underwrite insurance risks under a delegated underwriting agreement
As part of the training you will undertake professional qualifications with the Chartered Insurance Institute. You will obtain the Certificate of Insurance by the end of your training and have the option to work towards the Diploma and Advanced Certificate if you want to further your development. These qualifications are fully sponsored by TH March.
Once fully trained this is a highly professional career. Progression of responsibility will be available from the start, and here at TH March, training and development is part of our culture.

This role is based on site initially, however following a training period, hybrid working is then available.
