Job Description
Night Audit & Administration
-
Complete night audit procedures and ensure accuracy of daily reports.

Prepare and distribute management reports as required.

Reconcile accounts and cash handling procedures in accordance with hotel policies.

Maintain accurate records and logs throughout the shift.
Meeting Room Setup

Prepare and set up meeting and conference rooms in accordance with function sheets and guest requirements.

Arrange furniture, equipment, stationery, refreshments, and signage as specified.

Conduct checks to ensure meeting rooms are clean, presentable, and fully operational before events commence.

Liaise with relevant departments regarding meeting room requirements and changes.
Security & Fire Safety

Conduct regular fire patrols and security checks throughout the hotel during the night.

Ensure fire exits, escape routes, and fire safety equipment remain accessible and compliant.

Report any maintenance, safety, or security concerns immediately.
