Summary
We are seeking a skilled Dental Receptionist and Administrator to join our friendly team at our Holywood location. This vital role supports our mission to deliver outstanding dental care by managing appointments, patient communications, and administrative tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient records.
- Handle phone inquiries and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate administrative documentation.
- Support the clinical team with administrative duties.
- Ensure the reception area is welcoming and organized.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory as needed.
- Qualifications
- Proven office experience, preferably within a healthcare or dental setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Proficiency in administrative software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a dental practice is advantageous but not essential.

- Mon/Wed/Thu 8:30-5:30 Tue 8:30-7:15 Fri 8:30-3:15
