Main Duties
- Ensure all children are given the opportunity to enjoy stimulating play activities in a caring, warm and safe environment
- Ensure that all activities are appropriate to the child’s age, abilities and needs
- Ensure that children receive an appropriate snack, drink and meal, and will ensure that any special dietary requirements are catered for
- Be accountable for the high standards of cleanliness and safe condition of the toys and equipment, reporting any that are not in working condition
The National Minimum Wage (NMW) for Apprentices is £8.00 from 1st April 2026. This applies to Apprentices aged under 19 years old and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their Apprenticeship.
