About Muddy Faces
Muddy Faces is a small, friendly business supplying outdoor learning resources to schools, nurseries and educational settings across the UK. We are passionate about supporting outdoor learning and helping children learn through play and exploration.
As a small business, every member of the team makes a real difference. We pride ourselves on having a supportive, informal working environment where people are encouraged to learn new skills and contribute across multiple areas of the business. No two days are the same, and we're looking for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and is willing to get stuck in wherever needed.
The Role - We're looking for a practical, organised and enthusiastic person to join our team as a Business
Operations Assistant.
This is a varied, hands-on role combining office administration, customer service and warehouse duties. You'll be supporting a small team and helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
One part of the day may be spent answering customer enquiries and processing orders, while another may involve picking and packing products in the warehouse. We believe it's important to stay active throughout the working day, so everyone in the office team also supports warehouse operations when required.
