Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Multi Skilled Operative to join our team! Duties
- Perform a wide range of construction tasks including carpentry, roofing, masonry, and painting to support ongoing projects.
- Conduct plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance with precision and attention to detail.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for fabrication, assembly, or repair work.
- Carry out electrical work such as wiring, socket installation, or troubleshooting in accordance with safety standards.
- Fabricate custom components or structures using welding techniques and fabrication tools.
- Assist with site preparation, material handling, and ensuring all work areas are safe and organized.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Diagnose issues across different trades and implement effective solutions promptly.
Experience
- Proven experience in multiple skilled trades such as carpentry, roofing, plumbing, masonry, welding, or electrical work.
- Demonstrated ability to operate hand tools and power tools confidently in a construction environment.
- Knowledge of fabrication processes and welding techniques is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of health and safety procedures relevant to construction sites.
- Ability to read technical drawings or plans is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude towards learning new skills.
- Prior experience working on diverse projects that require adaptability across various trades is preferred.

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
