Yard Operative – Natural Stone & Timber Ltd
Natural Stone and Timber Ltd is a specialist supplier of high-quality natural stone products to trade and retail customers. We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Yard Operative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating a forklift (training available if required; experience preferred)
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately
- Serving both trade and retail customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Keeping the yard clean, tidy, and well organised
- General yard maintenance and housekeeping duties
About You:
- Physically fit and comfortable with regular heavy lifting
- Very tidy and takes pride in keeping the yard organised
- Friendly, reliable, and hardworking
- Able to follow instructions and work independently when required
- Forklift experience is an advantage, but not essential (training can be provided)
- Own transport is essential
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 7:30am – 4:30pm
- Saturdays: 8:00am – 12:00pm (3 out of every 5 Saturdays)
