Metfinn Ltd is seeking a reliable and hardworking Prep Operative to join our busy Powder Coating Department.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Previous experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
· Preparing metal components prior to the powder coating process.
· Cleaning and inspecting parts to ensure they are ready for coating.
· Hanging metal components safely and efficiently on the coating line.
· Removing finished coated parts from the line.
· Wrapping, packing, and preparing completed orders for dispatch.
· Carrying out quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards.
· Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area.
· Following health and safety procedures at all times.
· Assisting other members of the powder coating team as required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
