Salary: £25,115.45pa (plus the opportunity to earn commission)

Hours: Full Time - 37.5 hours per week

Position Overview:
This role supports the business in dealing with the customers to resolve their debts in line with our clients’ expectations and our Fairness in Operations charter. Working on behalf of Local Authorities across England & Wales we collect vital funding to help support the services in each of these Authorities’ communities. You will be responsible for the handling of all telephone queries in order to maximise collections for Rundles. This position will be on a shift pattern 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 12pm on the occasional Saturday.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure that inbound and outbound telephone calls are answered in a timely manner and that responses are in line with company guidelines and procedures.
- Manage conflict and deal with vulnerable customers that balance’s their needs with that of Rundles.
- Ensure that call data is logged using the appropriate systems to maintain accurate records for both the clients and customers.
- Responsible for taking payments in line with industry requirements.
- Negotiate payment plan arrangements in line with our fairness charter.
- Aiding other departments in completing their tasks.
- Responding to customers on external and internal platforms.
- Ensure that responses adhere to all applicable internal and external guidelines.
