We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic and experienced Chef to join our team and take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
* Run the kitchen and manage daily service efficiently
* Prepare and produce fresh food to a high standard
* Bake fresh cakes and savoury items daily
* Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and food hygiene throughout the kitchen
* Complete and keep up to date with all daily kitchen paperwork
* Manage stock and ensure ingredients are available for daily service
* Work independently while maintaining a positive and professional approach
* Ensure all food is prepared, presented and served to a consistently high standard

* Reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic
* Able to maintain high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene
* Comfortable taking responsibility for the kitchen and daily service

Wage: Competitive and negotiable depending on experience.
Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
