An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Experienced Lettings Consultant to join our highly successful team primarily based in Patchway, Bristol. This is a fantastic role for an experienced Lettings Consultant/Negotiator who is looking for a real opportunity to grow as this will include generating new business and attending valuations.
Job Description:
-Registering tenant details and matching them to available properties for rent
-Maintain full documentation of all applicants, their requirements and actions.
-Booking and conducting property valuations.
-Carrying out accompanied viewings with potential tenants
-Negotiating property let’s, liaising between landlords / tenants.
-Working closely with others in the team to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
-Working closely with the property management team
-Keeping a close eye on the local market, noticing any changes and recognising opportunities.
-Being part of an enthusiastic and driven team, working towards common goals.
-Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction to compliment the ethos of Westcoast Properties.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an experienced Lettings Consultant/Negotiator with proven valuation experience and a strong drive to win new business. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of the local property market, outstanding communication and negotiation skills, and a genuine passion for the property industry. You will be proactive, target-driven, and committed to delivering exceptional service while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
What we are looking for YOU to bring to the table:
-A minimum of 12 months experience in lettings ideally with valuation experience.
-Strong negotiation skills.
-A fast thinker and someone that can adapt to ever changing markets
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Good IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
-A keen eye for detail.
-Confident and able to work alone, as well as be part of a team.
-Able to work to realistic targets that will benefit not only the business but you as well.
-A full UK driving license (pool car is available however must be prepared to use own vehicle)
This is a full time position, hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.45am – 6.00pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour lunch break and the occasional Saturday will be required. If you work a Saturday you will be able to take a day off during the week.
