The Opportunity
Are you an experienced Electrical Supervisor looking to join a well-established building services company with over 30 years of success?
We are seeking an Electrical Supervisor to oversee a team of electricians delivering planned and reactive maintenance, remedial works and small projects across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties including NHS, education, government buildings, offices and distribution centres.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of 8 Electrical Engineers & 3 apprentices across the North West.
- Plan and coordinate daily workloads to ensure works are completed safely and efficiently.
- Carry out site visits, inspections and quality audits.
- Assist with technical support, fault finding and problem solving.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with current regulations and company procedures.
- Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance and remedial works.
- Complete reports, paperwork and compliance documentation accurately.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors and internal management to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Promote high standards of health & safety and safe systems of work.
- Support the development and training of engineers within the team.
Experience Required
- Previous experience working as an Electrical Supervisor, Lead Electrician or Senior Electrical Engineer.
- Strong background within commercial electrical maintenance.
- Experience supervising engineers on planned and reactive maintenance contracts.
- Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Good understanding of current electrical regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Full UK Driving Licence
