360 Care Recruitment Consultant / Manager

Team Xpert Recruitment Solutions Ltd is an established, well-known and highly regarded independent recruitment business.
We're now growing our newly formed Care division, and we're looking for an experienced 360 Care Recruitment Consultant / Manager to help us build it.
You'll work directly alongside our Managing Director, with the support of an experienced recruitment team around you.
This isn't about being handed a desk and a list of vacancies.
It's about building a desk, developing clients, growing a candidate network and helping shape a division.
And as it grows? You'll have the opportunity to build and develop your own team.
What you'll be doing
This is a genuine 360 recruitment position covering temporary and permanent care recruitment.
You'll be responsible for:
- Developing new business and winning care-sector clients
- Building and growing existing client relationships
- Managing the full 360 recruitment process
- Recruiting temporary and permanent care professionals
- Candidate sourcing, screening and interviewing
- Managing temporary bookings and client requirements
- Ensuring candidates are fully compliant before placement
- Developing a strong pipeline of candidates
- Attending client meetings and identifying new opportunities
- Working towards revenue, margin and placement targets
- Participating in an on-call rota
- Working directly with the Managing Director to grow the Care division
As the division develops, you'll also have the opportunity to recruit, manage and develop your own team.
Who are we looking for?
We're looking for someone who already knows care recruitment.
You could currently be a Care Recruitment Consultant, Senior Consultant, Team Leader or Recruitment Manager.
What's important is that you understand the sector and can operate a successful 360 desk.
You'll need experience in:
- Care, healthcare or social care recruitment
- 360 recruitment
- Business development
- Client relationship management
- Candidate attraction and recruitment
- Temporary and/or permanent recruitment
- Recruitment compliance
Previous management experience would be advantageous, but we're equally interested in an ambitious senior recruiter who is ready to take the next step.
