The Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Part Time Early Years Support Worker to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the daily care and supervision of children aged [e.g. 2-6 years]
- Assist in planning and delivering outdoor learning activities
- Encourage children’s exploration, creativity, and independence through play
- Help maintain a safe outdoor environment and adhere to health & safety procedures
- Observe and record children’s learning and development as guided by senior staff
- Work closely with the team to support children’s holistic health and wellbeing
What We’re Looking For
- A highly motivated individual with a genuine interest in working with young children
- Passionate about providing engaging outdoor learning opportunities in all weather conditions
- A positive, caring, and reliable attitude
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Very good standard of education i.e. GCSE or above
