We are expanding our eviction support team and are looking for an experienced, reliable Locksmiths who can also carry out property drain downs as part of repossession and eviction work.
About the Role:
You will attend eviction appointments alongside Court Enforcement Officers (bailiffs) to provide:
- Professional lock changes and gaining entry
- Secure re-securing of residential properties
- Full property drain downs (water systems, boiler isolation, etc.)
- Recording and reporting site conditions
- Working to strict appointment times and legal protocols
- Ensuring safety, professionalism, and excellent communication at all times
Requirements:
✅ Proven locksmith experience (minimum 2 years preferred)
✅ Full UK driving licence
✅ Ability to carry out drain downs confidently (training can be provided for the right candidate)
✅ Reliability and punctuality are essential
✅ Professional manner when dealing with enforcement officers and sensitive situations
✅ Ability to follow process and complete documentation accurately
