Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and professional Bendi Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering goods efficiently and safely, ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong focus on safety, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate various types of vehicles, including flatbed lorries. The Driver will play a vital part in maintaining the smooth operation of our logistics and delivery services.
Responsibilities
- Operate a Bendi forklift truck safely and efficiently to move, load, and unload goods.
- Store and retrieve stock from racking systems in line with warehouse layout and safety guidelines.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to company procedures.
- Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any faults or safety issues immediately.
- Assist with stock counts, stock rotation, and general warehouse housekeeping.
- Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to meet daily operational targets.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
Requirements
- Valid Bendi Forklift Licence.
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating a Bendi forklift in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Good understanding of warehouse operations and health & safety practices.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
