Job Summary

Duties
- Assist in the preparation of a variety of foods, including salad items, sandwiches and salads ensuring consistency and quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and service areas in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Ensure all food handling procedures adhere to health and safety standards.
- Restock supplies as needed during service periods to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service and meet client expectations.
Experience
- Previous experience in catering, cooking, or restaurant environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with food safety practices, and kitchen operations is advantageous.
- A genuine interest in culinary arts and delivering exceptional customer service is essential.
