We are growing and we’re looking for a Transport Planner to join our team.
If you're organised, switched-on and enjoy being busy, this could be the role for you.
You’ll be at the centre of our daily operation, planning routes, coordinating drivers, keeping customers informed and making sure deliveries run smoothly.
What you'll be doing
- Plan and organise daily delivery routes
- Coordinate drivers, vehicles and schedules
- Monitor deliveries and deal with changes or delays
- Communicate with drivers and customers
- Solve problems quickly and keep things moving
- Keep transport records and paperwork up to date
- Help improve the efficiency of our operation
What we're looking for
You don't have to be an experienced Transport Planner. We're looking for someone who is:
- Organised and reliable
- Confident communicating with people
- Good at multitasking
- Calm under pressure
- A natural problem-solver
- Comfortable using computers
- Keen to learn and develop
Experience in transport, logistics, route planning, courier operations or coordination is a bonus, but attitude and organisation are just as important.
