We are a family run Recruitment Agency seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our professional team. The ideal candidate will specialise in sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent across the Construction industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your expertise in human resources, relationship management, and social media management to support organisational growth. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, applicant tracking and building strong relationships with clients and candidates alike. This position is paid and suitable for individuals passionate about human resources and talent acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Lead generation through innovative sourcing strategies, including social media management and utilisation of platforms such as LinkedIn and Salesforce.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding
- Conducting interviews and assessing candidate suitability based on client requirements
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment experience
- Developing compelling job advertisements across various channels to attract diverse talent pools
- Improving recruitment strategies and optimise candidate engagement
- Managing social media campaigns to enhance employer branding and attract passive candidates
Requirements
- Previous experience in Recruitment / Human Resources
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and candidates at all levels
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Knowledge of social media management tools utilised for recruitment purposes
- Understanding of human resources principles and best practices in talent acquisition
- Excellent Organisational Skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities whilst maintaining attention to detail
