Duties
- Perform comprehensive inspections of properties to assess condition, safety hazards, and maintenance needs.
- Document inspection results meticulously using data entry tools and property management software such as Yardi.
- Communicate inspection findings clearly to property managers, tenants, and vendors via phone or written reports.
- Coordinate follow-up actions for repairs or improvements needed based on inspection outcomes.
- Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling inspections, updating records, and maintaining accurate files.
- Provide exceptional phone etiquette when interacting with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure professional communication.
- Support upselling opportunities by identifying additional services or upgrades that enhance property value and tenant satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Prior experience with property inspections or in a related field such as real estate or facilities management is preferred.
- Familiarity with property management software like Yardi is highly advantageous.
- Strong office experience with proficiency in data entry and administrative tasks.
- Excellent phone etiquette skills to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in upselling services or upgrades that benefit clients and improve property appeal is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and maintenance procedures is desirable.

Pay: £12.79-£14.50 per hour
