We’re looking for a Sales and Customer Experience (CX) Crew member to join our team and help us deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive sales.
You will be responsible for:
- Driving Sales and Leading the Team: Use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to drive bookings and keep our boats fully utilised, while setting the tone for the crew by motivating teammates to push for bookings, upsells, and extensions, and sharing what's working (reading customers, timing the upsell, converting walk-ins) so the whole site lifts its performance.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide top-notch customer service, from assisting with bookings to ensuring customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience on the water.
- Maximise Revenue: Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional services or extend bookings, maximizing revenue potential.
- Safety First: Prioritise safety at all times, providing safety instructions to customers and teaching them to drive our boats
Minimum Qualification:
- A strong ability to drive booking sales and upsell to customers as they check in and during their time with us
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Keen interest in outdoor and water-based activities
- Technologically capable
Preferred Qualification:
- 1-2 years’ experience in a customer-focused role
