The RTD Operator role will involve working an annualised 12-hour shift pattern on a '4 on 4 off' basis consisting of 2 days, and 2 nights.
Cawingredients supply high volume soft drinks principally to the UK market. We operate from a state of the art production and warehousing facility based on one site in North Yorkshire.
We currently employ over 600 people are seeking to strengthen out team by recruiting additional drivers to support our growth, having gone through significant expansion.

You must be a responsible individual with great experience in driving industrial vehicles, with Counterbalance licenses being essential. You will need to have worked within fast paced warehousing/distribution environment previously.
You will be required to operate MHE equipment with the utmost care to ensure efficiency and safety at all times.
Key Accountabilities

To ensure that all company and departmental regulations and guidelines are rigorously adhered to at all times, e.g. health and safety, hygiene, dress code, plus all other relevant company policies.

Follow correct procedures for the separation and disposal of waste and return all tools, materials and equipment to their correct location after use.

Willing and prepared to support and help fellow Team members, prepared to accept and adopt new challenges and changes in plan. Avoid conflict and build effective working relationships with others.

Conduct machine centre handovers ensuring all relevant information is passed on and understood by the following operative.

Provide first line maintenance and asset care for Production equipment

Support the Supervisor in driving output and line efficiencies to and beyond targets set.
Ideally candidates will have:

Previous experience within a FMCG environment

Counterbalance licenses

Experience of working in demanding environment
