The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced landscape worker with all round experience, i.e paving, fencing, block work.This is not an entry-level position – we need someone who knows how to deliver top-quality results.
For the right person, there’s also a clear opportunity to grow into a team leader role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Laying porcelain paving to a high standard
- Fencing
- Block paving
- Assisting with or leading hard landscaping projects
- Working with materials like natural stone, artificial grass, and timber
- Keeping a clean and safe job site
- Communicating well with clients and team members
Requirements:
- Proven experience with porcelain paving (essential)
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to commute to our yard each morning (Solihull)
- Reliable, with a strong work ethic
- Able to work well in a team and independently
- Bonus: experience with other landscaping elements (artificial grass, natural stone, etc.)
