We have an exciting new vacancy for a Nights and Front of House Manager to join our team at The Britannia Inn Glasgow.

Your duties will include:
- Running our busy reception desk in a professional manner with customer service at the forefront
- Managing, training and developing both the Front Office and Nights teams
- Managing team rotas and ensuring appropriate staffing levels are maintained
- Supporting and motivating the team to deliver excellent guest service standards
- Running Night Audit and operationally checking guests in and out as required
- Maximising revenue and minimising loss within the department
- Ensuring all monies, floats and accounts are managed effectively
- Looking after hotel security and guest requirements overnight
- Carrying out regular site walks and security checks of public areas and fire exit
- Supporting other departments and being part of the Duty Manager rota
- Assisting with room set ups and operational requirements where necessary
- Ensuring accurate handovers between shifts and departments
The ideal candidate will have hospitality supervisory experience and a knowledge of Opera cloud would be advantageous but is not essential.
