Teaching Assistants
We are looking to appoint the following experienced Teaching Assistants to join our wonderful school family with effect from September 2026.
Fixed Term 1:1 Teaching Assistant (SEN)- 20 hours per week, 38 weeks per year
Fixed Term 1:1 Teaching Assistant (SEN)- 18 hours per week, 38 weeks per year
Salary NJC Grade C, SCP 6-7. £25,989 – 26,403 FTE
The successful candidate will need to:
· Be an excellent and creative practitioner.
· Have an excellent understanding of phonics.
· Have high expectations of learning and the ability to adapt provision to meet individual needs.
· Have a good understanding of positive behaviour strategies.
· Be an effective team player with a calm and patient approach.
GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths or equivalent is essential.
