We are currently recruiting Early Years Practitioners to join our trusted supply team here at Manaba to work in a selection of nurseries in Portsmouth, Cosham, Waterlooville & Fareham. Using Manaba's easy app, you can set your own work pattern and accept the shifts that work for you!
Applicants must have previous experience working in similar settings for at least 6 months minimum and be able to provide references for such.
We would love to hear from applicants who can offer both full and part time working hours as hours will vary between 7.30am-6.00pm.
Responsibilities in the role of Early Years Supply Cover:
- You will possess a great understanding of child development
- Support children in achieving their developmental milestones through a "learning through play" approach
- Qualified nursery nurses will have a thorough understanding of the EYFS
- Prioritising safeguarding, and contributing towards a positive culture of equality
- Be able to commute to different settings
Requirements:
- Ideally hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent)
- DBS Enhanced Disclosure that is on the Update Service, or you must be willing to apply for a new one
- At least two employment and/or academic references
- At least 6 months experience working with children aged 0-5
- You will be reliable, enthusiastic, creative and honest
- Having the ability to engage all children
