Winterbourne Early Years Centre is a Charity, Commitee ran Pre-school, we operate term time only, operating between the hours of 9am-3pm, 38 weeks out of the year.
Winterbourne Early Years Centre are Excited to be looking for a qualified Room Senior to help secure the daily running of a child led space, leading their own team in their own room which caters for a mixture of older 2 year olds and younger 3 year olds. This is a room which eventually feeds into our Pre-School room preparing the children before school.
We need somone who is passionate about child led learning, an individual who has had previous experience working in Early Years and able to work as part of out team, working coheasively with the room leader on a daily basis.
We are very passionate about the outdoors and enjoy providing forest school experiences, so this person should be supportive of this and ideally willing to participate in off-site experiences themselves.
We would love to introduced a new member to our team and are looking forward to the new and exciting ideas someone can bring.
We ask that employees attend a small amount of room meetings, these are after working hours and can be termly. All overtime is paid, including holiday pay, which is added onto monthly wages.
Pay: £14.89 per hour
Expected hours: 32.5 per week
