Labourers Required – Essex Area Applicants Only
Salary: £15 - £17.50 per day

About the Role
We’re looking for an CSCS labourer to join a growing team delivering high-quality flooring throughout the UK. The successful candidate will have hand on experience within the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow instructions delivered from the manager /supervisor
- Adhere to all aspects of Health & Safety
- Operate plant where applicable
- Mixing – (Resin/Screed)
- Set up working area accordingly
- Ensure deadlines are met
- Other such responsible duties as instructed by the manager /supervisor
- Working alongside existing, experienced applicators and, where necessary, will receive full training in every aspect of high-quality resin surface installation
- Trowelling (once fully competent)
- Responsible use of materials, keeping waste to a minimum
- Perform a range of general construction activities on site
Requirements/Licences
- CSCS Card
- Full UK Drivers Licence
- Professional in approach with a keen eye for detail
- Able to work within a team and under own initiative
- Good communication skills
Desirable Skills
- Hands on experience within the construction industry
- Confident with hand tools and machinery.
