Key Responsibilities

- Encouraging choice and independence – empowering individuals to make decisions, try new things, and build confidence in everyday life.
- Medication support – administering medication safely, completing MAR charts accurately, and following all medication policies.
- Emotional and social support – offering reassurance, companionship, and positive engagement throughout the day and night.
- Activities and community involvement – planning and supporting activities such as cooking, crafts, exercise, sensory sessions, and local outings.
- Household responsibilities – contributing to a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
- Safeguarding and wellbeing – promoting safety, dignity, and respect at all times, following safeguarding and health and safety procedures.
- Record keeping – maintaining clear, accurate notes and contributing to care plans and risk assessments.
- Teamwork – working closely with colleagues, families, and professionals to ensure consistent, person‑centred care.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Kind, patient, and genuinely passionate about supporting others.
- Able to build trust and positive relationships with residents and colleagues.
- Confident with medication administration and MAR chart recording.
- Comfortable assisting with personal care in a respectful, dignified, person‑centred way.
- Reliable, flexible, and able to remain calm under pressure.
- Committed to equality, inclusion, and person‑centred values.
- Happy to get involved, be hands‑on, and bring a positive energy to the home.
If you’d like to be part of a team that makes a real difference every day, we’d love to hear from you.
