Location: Bupa Place, Salford Quays or Angel Court, London
Permanent Contract
Salary: From £67,500 dependant on experience and location
Full time: 37.5 Hours per week
10% Management Scheme Bonus

The Senior New Proposition Development Manager is responsible for developing the portfolio of propositions that best serves and supports Bupa UKI customers and delivers competitive advantage for Bupa and ensures fair treatment of customers throughout.
This role works very closely with key stakeholders within medical and healthcare, health services, commercial, digital, product teams, marketing, as well as other critical stakeholder functions such as sales, service etc.
As this role has a strong orientation to designing and developing propositions that will support UKI's future growth ambition, driving P&L and commercial success, it involves management of stakeholders at a senior level, including influencing and supporting executive team members.

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
Strong track record of successfully desgining and developing propositions (digital and non-digital) in comparable organisations (healthcare, financial services, mobile, utilities, retail banking)
Although the role is not a technical delivery role, experience of working with Transformation, ,Change and IT to deliver digital propositions is advantageous
