Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Head Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate our dining experience. Pub food, small menu 40 -70 covers with no lunch Service durning the week.

Duties
- Lead and supervise the entire kitchen team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Oversee food production processes, ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standards of taste, presentation, and consistency
- Manage food safety protocols diligently to maintain compliance with health regulations and standards
- Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while catering to guest preferences
- Coordinate daily kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness
- Train and mentor staff on food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and service standards
- Ensure efficient workflow during service hours to deliver timely and exceptional customer experiences
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience in a professional kitchen or restaurant setting
- Extensive culinary experience with strong skills in food preparation and cooking techniques
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a talent for team management and staff development
- Solid understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in hospitality environments
- Hands-on kitchen experience combined with excellent organizational skills
- Passion for delivering outstanding food quality and customer service
- Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, along with serving knowledge in hospitality settings
Pay: £17.00 per hour
