Overview
We are seeking Coach/Minibus drivers to join our team. We are a family run business based in Strathaven. We are looking to increase our team with flexible, hard working drivers. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead by example, ensuring a safe, efficient, and reliable service. As a driver, you will be working within a culture of safety & professionalism. Your expertise in driving and communication will be vital to your success in this busy environment.
Responsibilities
- Carry out a variety of school contracts & private hire work
- Conduct daily vehicle checks to ensure compliance with safety regulations and help maintain a high level of vehicle maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure the operations run smoothly
Qualifiations
- Valid driver’s license & CAT D or/and D1
- All drivers will also be subject to PVG checks
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Demonstrate ability to operate vehicles safely across various conditions while maintaining professionalism
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
