About the Role
Oaks Estate Agents in Streatham are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their busy sales team.
You'll help people buy and sell homes by arranging viewings, speaking with buyers and sellers, negotiating offers, and keeping sales moving through to completion. You'll also build good relationships with clients, give advice throughout the process, and help sellers get the best price for their property.
What You'll Be Doing
- Speaking to new and existing clients to understand what they're looking for.
- Arranging and carrying out property viewings.
- Helping buyers find the right property based on their budget and needs.
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers.
- Keeping clients updated throughout the sales process.
- Dealing with any questions or issues in a professional way.
- Working closely with other teams, including Lettings and Property Management.
- Meeting sales targets and helping the team achieve its goals.
What We're Looking For

- Well organised and able to manage a busy workload.
- Confident at solving problems.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
