What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the friendly face that makes every visit a winning experience. From greeting guests with a smile to keeping things running smoothly on the floor, your mission is simple: make sure everyone leaves feeling like a winner.
You'll:
- Provide full cover for the Venue Manager in their absence
- Provide a warm welcome to every visitor, providing the best customer service experience possible
- Offer help to customers and visitors who may need assistance
- You will be friendly, professional and approachable at all times
- Help maintain a clean and tidy environment
- You will follow all health and safety procedures, including following Covid-19 processes
- Follow Company’s Cash Procedures. Including handling cash and providing change to our customers
- Ensure that all cash transactions are carried out accurately and all financial transactions are recorded properly
- We operate a challenge 25 age verification policy, as part of this policy you will be responsible for checking identification
- Assist with our promotions and marketing strategy
- Be fully compliant with our licensing objectives – full training will be given.
