Silvercrest Scaffolding Ltd is seeking an experienced and driven Scaffolding Estimator to join our growing Company. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and motivated individual to take a leading role within the business. You will be an experienced scaffolding estimator overseeing all aspects of new business, costings and getting the new works and contracts through to fruition. We work across a range of commercial, residential, and industrial projects, we are not seeking huge contracts currently, but more regular work with better quality clients that we can build a relationship with. Knowledge of licenced work is a bonus, as we often work alongside licenced asbestos removal contractors.
The Successful candidate will be responsible for building new client relations, touching base with existing clients and their tenders and packages. Generating new business alongside our business development admin person, and supporting the continued growth of the Company. This role offers genuine long-term career progression, and the opportunity to come on board as a Director and potentially take a profit share, there are very few genuine opportunities to become a key figure within the organisation at this level with performance related pay from all Company activities.
This role requires a dedicated career minded individual that is happy to tackle all aspects of business at management level. We are not looking to carry someone and we are not a firm you can get lost in easily, drive and determination to succeed is key and you will be rewarded for your efforts. This is mainly an office based role, and we are based at Basildon.
