## Full job description
T Hawkes Ltd is a growing company based in Harlow. We provide specialist steel-reinforced concrete installation services to clients all over the country. We are looking for hard-working and reliable individuals to join our field operations team to assist our slab crew on a subcontract basis.
No previous experience in concrete is required as full training will be given on the job. The £120.00 daily rate is a starting rate, and your pay can increase quickly as you develop your skills and learn the trade.
## Upcoming Projects & Work Schedule
We have immediate work ready to go. Daily collection is available directly in Harlow for free team transport to the following initial sites:
* Week 1: Initial project based in Hailsham.
* Week 2 onwards: Project moving to Milton Keynes for approximately 3 months.
* Future Work: Other projects may be available after this period for the right candidate.
## Hours and Schedule
* On-site hours: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
* Travel: Early morning daily collection from Harlow is required to reach project sites by the 7:30 AM start time. Daily return transport to Harlow is provided at the end of the shift.

## What you will do
* Meet for daily collection in Harlow each morning to catch the free team transport.
* Assist our skilled crew with constructing steel-reinforced concrete slabs.
* Help with site setup, preparing groundwork, and positioning steel reinforcement mesh or bars.
* Work on site from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
* Keep work areas clean, tidy, and safe.
## What we need from you
* Must have a valid CSCS card.
* Must have a UTR number (Unique Taxpayer Reference) for CIS subcontracting.
* Ability to get to the Harlow collection point early enough for the morning crew departure.
* Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting and outdoor construction work.
* You must own your own pair of steel toe-cap safety boots.
* A strong work ethic, punctuality, and a desire to learn the concrete trade.
