Hotel Porter - Luxury Hotel - Hook
We are currently recruiting for a Hotel Porter to join the Front Office team at this stunning luxury hotel in Hook.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded hospitality team within one of Hampshire's most unique luxury estate hotels. As one of the first points of contact for guests, the successful candidate will deliver exceptional customer service while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the Front Office department.
The role will involve welcoming guests, assisting with luggage, valet parking, transporting guests around the estate, and supporting the wider Front Office team with guest requests and arrivals.
Please note: Due to insurance requirements, applicants must be over 25 years old and hold a full, clean UK driving licence.

The Person
The ideal
Hotel Porter will have the following:
- Previous experience within a customer-facing hospitality role
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Professional and friendly manner
- Ability to work efficiently within a busy Front Office environment
- Comfortable assisting guests with luggage and valet parking
- Full clean UK driving licence essential
- Must be at least 25 years old for insurance purposes
- Confident driving both guest and hotel vehicles
- Flexible approach to working evenings and weekends
- Positive attitude with a willingness to support the wider team
