The Role
You will be the first point of contact for our trade customers, supporting them with technical advice, sales enquiries and after-sales care. You will also play a key role in identifying and onboarding new customers, helping us to grow our client base within the landscaping industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Building and developing relationships with new and existing customers via telephone and email
- Processing quotes and orders through telephone, email and our company website
- Providing technical product advice and after-sales support
- Onboarding new customers
- Identifying and reaching out to potential new customers
- Maintaining accurate customer and sales records
- Developing a thorough understanding of our product range
What We Are Looking For
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A confident and personable telephone manner
- A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
- Ability to manage your own workload and prioritise effectively
- Happy to work independently as well as part of a close-knit team
- A background or interest in landscaping, horticulture or trade supply is desirable but not essential

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
