Housekeeper – 32 Hours per Week (Including alternative Weekends)
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Housekeeper to join our warm and welcoming team at Brambles Care Home. You’ll play an important role in keeping our beautiful home clean, tidy and comfortable for our residents.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Keeping residents' rooms clean and fresh – vacuuming, dusting and polishing daily
- Cleaning all toilets and bathrooms, both in resident areas and communal spaces
- Maintaining cleanliness in all communal areas – hoovering, mopping, dusting and polishing
- Shampooing carpets when needed
- Washing, drying, ironing and returning residents’ clothing to the correct rooms
- Using cleaning equipment safely and effectively (training provided)
- Assisting with other domestic tasks as directed by the Home Manager
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive attitude and a caring nature
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Previous experience is helpful but not essential – full training will be provided
